Feedback Medical is proud to be a key partner in the upcoming Manchester neighbourhood health simulation, a pioneering initiative set to take centre stage at this year’s NHS Providers conference on 11-12 November 2025. Building on the success of the first full-scale simulation held in London earlier this year, the Manchester event will explore how integrated, community-based care can be scaled across diverse geographies and system contexts.

Led by PPL, and supported by Optum and Feedback Medical, the simulation brings together health, care, voluntary sector, and local government partners to test how neighbourhood health services can be delivered in practice. It offers NHS leaders a unique opportunity to observe and engage with a live, immersive experience that mirrors real-world complexity while providing a safe space for collaboration, learning, and innovation.

Digital infrastructure for neighbourhood health

At the heart of this transformation is digital infrastructure – and Feedback Medical’s Bleepa® platform is once again playing a central role. In the London simulation, Bleepa provided a shared digital space for communication, referrals, and clinical decision-making, enabling teams to work holistically around resident needs. Participants praised the platform’s ability to support faster, safer, and more collaborative care.

In Manchester, Bleepa will continue to demonstrate how digital tools empower frontline teams to share decisions, coordinate care, and access a unified resident view. This supports proactive, resident-centred working and helps overcome traditional barriers to integration. Alongside Optum’s expertise in primary care systems and population health management, the simulation will showcase how technology can drive scalable neighbourhood health models.

Key objectives of the simulation

Key objectives of the Manchester simulation include testing integrated working across varied provider settings, understanding the cultural and workforce shifts required, and identifying enablers and barriers to implementation. Crucially, it will also capture resident experience to ensure services remain responsive and person-centred. The insights generated in Manchester will inform national policy and help shape the future of health and care delivery across England.

At Feedback Medical we are committed to supporting the evolution of neighbourhood health services through innovative digital solutions.

Whether your organisation is already implementing neighbourhood models or just beginning the journey, the Manchester simulation offers invaluable learning and strategic insight. Join us in advancing the future of integrated care – powered by collaboration, innovation, and the right digital infrastructure.
