Feedback Medical is proud to announce our achievement of Cyber Essentials certification. To do so, we implemented cyber security controls across five key technical control areas: firewalls, access control, security updates, malware protection, and secure configuration. We were assessed by accredited certification body, URM Consulting Services.
The Cyber Essentials Scheme is cyber security framework, backed by the UK Government, which enables organisations to protect themselves against 80% of the most common cyber attacks. The scheme was developed by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and is delivered by the IASME Consortium (IASME), with the aim of providing organisations with an accessible and effective starting point for strengthening their cyber security posture and bolstering their defences against cyber criminals and threats.
Certifying to Cyber Essentials demonstrates a clear commitment to not only maintaining the security of business operations, but also the confidentiality of stakeholders’ sensitive data.
