We’re excited to announce updates to our team structure, and new hires for the Feedback Medical team.

Debbie Mason will be taking up the position as Head of Customer Support.

Debbie joined the business last year as our Integration and Support Engineer, and will be bringing her expertise to the new position heading up the team – which is also adding Thomas Clough as a System Support Engineer.

Our support team provides a vital role in ensuring that our NHS partners have continuous service to deliver for their patients and clinical teams.

Ensuring that Bleepa is a clinician led product that improves workflow for clinicians and outcomes for patients is our key priority at Feedback Medical, and bolstering the teams that support and work closely with our customers helps us to do so most effectively.

“It’s exciting to be taking on this new role as Head of Customer Support – in healthcare there is nothing more important than making sure clinicians can rely on us to make sure they always have access to what they need for their patients. With an expanded team, we can continue to develop our support offering to deliver the very best service to our customers we can.” Debbie Mason Head of Customer Support

“We are expanding our pathways and with more planned, it’s more important than ever that we’re working in step with the NHS to deliver the transformative services they want and need. Nobody knows better than clinicians themselves what really matters when it comes to shaping an effective patient pathway, and I’m looking forward to working closely with our NHS partners in this new position.” Liz Theakston Head of Customer Success
