Feedback Medical India Private Limited (“We”) is a part of the Feedback plc group of companies that includes Feedback Medical Limited and TexRAD Limited.
This privacy policy explains how We use any personal information We collect about you when you use our website (“Website”), our services and the Bleepa® application (“our App”/ “App”).
We are the data controller for all personal data provided by the users of the Customer via registration of and subscription to our App and our Website. We are not the data controller of any patient health data that may flow through our App or our Website.
In all cases, We are only a data processor of patient health data. We use the providers below that process and store the patient health data on our behalf safely and securely but have no rights to use the patient health data. They only act on our strict instructions:
“Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL”.
Note: Any Bleepa® systems for Customers based in India are installed on AWS data centres located in India.
Except as provided above We will not disclose any data with other third parties without your permission, unless required by applicable law or in connection with enforcement action or other litigation.

Information we collect about you when you contact us via web form, phone, email or mail
We collect information about you when you register with us or place an order for products or services. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback or are in contact with us at meetings or conferences. When you ask us for support, We collect information which may include your name, email address, phone number, the institution you work for, as well as any other technical information relevant to your call. We have a legitimate interest in processing this information, as it is required to respond to your support request.
Information We collect about you when you use the Bleepa® app
We will collect your personal data when you download and use our App. The information you provide is necessary for us to provide you with the service to which you subscribe and to help us deal with any problems you report about our Website or our App. The collection of this information is therefore necessary for the performance of the contract We have with you or your organisation. The personal data you give us may include but not be limited to your name, email address, IP address, Device Identifier, employer, place of work and job description. This information will be used to administer our App, provide you with notifications, audit application activity and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes.
Information We collect about you when you apply for a job with us
When you apply for a job with us, the information that we collect about you may include name, postal address, email address, job and career history, educational history and other information from your CV or résumé. We process this data based on the discussion of a possible contract of employment. If your application is unsuccessful, we will retain this data only if we are required to retain such information under applicable law.
How will We use the information about you?
We collect information about you to process your order, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you. If you agree, We shall pass on your personal information to our group of companies so that they may offer you their products and services.
We will not disclose your information for marketing purposes with companies outside the Feedback plc group. In processing your order, We may send your details to, and also use information from, credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies.

- For the purposes of Bleepa®, we, as the developers of Bleepa® and operators of the Bleepa® Service, serve solely as a data processor under the guidance of a medical establishment, which acts as the controller of the Patient Medical Data processed on the Bleepa® system. To obtain further information regarding the protection of your Patient Medical Data by the medical establishment or to exercise your rights under data protection law, please contact them directly.
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, We may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, We may refuse to comply with the request in such circumstances.
What We may need from you
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access the information (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is another appropriate security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
Right to withdraw consent
In the limited circumstances where you may have provided your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal information for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing at any time. About Bleepa® app permissions on mobile devices
When you use the App on a mobile device, you will see a screen asking for permission to access your camera and microphone. Our App uses these in order to capture photographs and to capture patient consent. Denying these permissions will cause our App to lose this functionality.
If you’ve already installed our App, you can control the permissions the app uses in your device’s settings.
- On Android: Open your device’s Settings, then tap Apps & notifications > Bleepa > Permissions.
- On iOS: Open your device’s Settings, then tap Bleepa.

We keep our privacy policy under regular review, and we will place any updates on this web page. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any dispute or grievance remaining unresolved for a period of over 30 (thirty) business days, post exhausting grievance redressal mechanism, may be resolved by referring such disputes to Data Protection Board of India (the “Board”).
